While not exactly hockey-related those of us who live in the Greater New York City area, and especially those of us living in Northern New Jersey, are gearing up for the various issues that will naturally evolve as a result of the Super Bowl being held at Met Life Stadium in the Meadowlands near the old Giants Stadium.
With the Super Bowl comes parties and no doubt this event in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood will be a real hot mess…keep it far away from New Jersey!

It's Been a While
The Hat Trick went on quite a hiatus due to a lot of family and professional changes…new jobs and another move. It's all good, especially for our family, and we are finally settling into a sense of normalcy. An added bonus is that now that we live in the New York City area we also get to enjoy having three NHL teams in the Devils, Islanders and Rangers!
